Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

Return is an option of an exchange, replacement, and/or refund. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. All cases for refund or replacement will be processed in accordance with the below terms and conditions. Both Buyer and Supplier shall agree to these terms.

100% refund will be processed for all the placed orders which are cancelled within 24h or before shipment of goods/Material/Chemical, whichever is earlier. Refund will be processed within 15 days of cancellation.

100% refund will be processed, if the ordered product is out of stock or the supplier does not ship the material within the stipulated time.

Handing Fees of 5% of the total invoice value will be deducted from the total invoiced amount, if the ordered product is returned by the buyer without asserting any reason, however, this is applicable only when the supplier or Agnitio Solutions willing to accept the material. All items approved for return must be in unused and resalable condition and a refund will be initiated once the supplier confirms that the product has been received in a proper state.

The seller cannot accept for return any open chemicals, leaking or damaged chemicals, items with missing or obliterated labels, or items provided by the Seller on a “Special Order”.

The Buyer shall inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the Seller of any shortage, damage, or quality problem within five days of receiving the product along with the images. If the Buyer fails to do so, such Products shall conclusively be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions hereof and to have been irrevocably accepted by the Buyer.

The supplier will offer a replacement if any shortage, damage, or quality problem is reported by the Buyer within five days of receiving the product along with images wherever applicable. If the supplier fails to provide the replacement within the stipulated time, if the buyer wishes to cancel the order and entire amount will be refunded.

Refund will be initiated to the Buyer’s Bank account provided by the Buyer for such refund or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer once the returned product is accepted by the seller.

·       Any other proof that will help us in making a decision regarding your request

Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken, and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice, and other items.
